We’ve been innovating for 80 years.

Coldwell Banker Caine was born in 1933. Fueled by a dream and determination, our founder Robert Monteith “Bubber” Caine pioneered a new approach to real estate in the Upstate. Eighty years, three generations, and thousands of sales later, Coldwell Banker Caine is still driven by the same fire that defined our founders. Over the years, we refused to merely make peace with the changing real estate market. Instead, we’ve embraced change as an opportunity for real growth, and we have evolved to be the most proven, forward-thinking real estate company in the Upstate.

Our roots run deeper.

The older a tree, the farther the roots spread. And after 80 years of leading local real estate, Coldwell Banker Caine’s influence reaches every corner of the Upstate. We don’t just know the Upstate. We’ve been shaping the Upstate for eight decades. With real estate gallery locations across the region, we’re uniquely equipped to serve neighbors, not just neighborhoods. For a Coldwell Banker Caine agent, neighbors live, buy, and sell everywhere. In Easley. At the lake. Near downtown Greenville. When you work with us, your only boundaries are the ones you set yourself.

There’s power in our name.

And Yours.

In this business, name matters. You know that. It’s why you do everything in your power to honor, protect, and spread your name. With your name you make connections, with your name you establish trust. We feel the same way about the Coldwell Banker Caine name. We’ve spent eighty years building a name for ourselves, a name that’s known in the Upstate for innovation, customer service, and philanthropy. While other companies focus on numbers, we focus on people. It’s a philosophy that helps our agents become powerhouses. Coldwell Banker Caine is not a name you work for—it works for you.

From residential to commercial real estate, we’re proud to support a wide variety of clients throughout the Upstate.
